I was visiting the area and broke my eyeglass frames. Wasn’t sure they could even be fixed due to the type of frame. Les fixed them for me in 10-15 minutes at no charge. Exceptional service. Highly recommend this business. They make their own lenses on site, too.

Me and my brother are both super happy with our experience at Village Optical! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and really went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we needed. We were especially impressed with how fast the service was — they made our lenses the same day, which saved us so much time. The quality is excellent, and we can already tell the difference in comfort and clarity. Highly recommend Village Optical for anyone who wants top-notch service and great lenses without the wait!

If it was possible to give more than 5 stars I would. The optical shop has a wide selection of frames, lenses and attentive staff. My daughter, who has severe autism, was getting her first pair of glasses. I was anxious since the optician needed to get her measurements. Les was wonderful, patient and calm…and able to get what he needed to make the glasses, within a few short minutes. I left there feeling an immense amount of appreciation. Thank you!

Needed some new glasses and already had eye exam at place I used for years. Called to see if I got there at 4:30, would it be enough time to complete process. I was assured it would be, when I got there, Abraham waited on me. He was fantastic! He helped with my selection, adjusting glasses that I may try on to ensure a correct fit. When I decided, he quickly priced them and was very informative about my prescription. From ordering and creating the glasses in 15 min while I waited, he explained things the optometrist I'd been with for 12 yrs never did. And the process and time he spent making them and fitting them was over and above! I have found a new optometrist to stay.

Went to Village Optical for an eye exam and a pair of glasses. Exam was very detailed and helpful. Very good selection of frames and quick service. Great experience from all staff from Dr. to technicians.

By Far the Most Knowledgeable and Professional staff Of any Optical Shop. My Daughter Absolutely Loves her Glasses. Selection was a Breeze. The staff was very Courteous and made easy work out of sometimes Difficult Task. We dont shop for Glasses every day but my Daughter has asked to go back there when she needs or decides to get her next pair.. Im glad we we chose Village Optical. LaDonna was so friendly and fixed my glasses within seconds! The shops was clean and well laid out. Excellent selection of frames.

Walked in late one afternoon holding a broken sunglasses frame and 2 (now) free-standing lenses. And a very sad face! The staff immediately came to my rescue to find another frame that would accommodate my lenses. AND they had my new frame/old lenses ready to go the same day!! DO consider this location when next you’re in the market for eyewear!!

This was my first visit with Dr. Glenn at Village Optical, and let me tell you — he’s my favorite optometrist I’ve ever seen! He was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and truly went above and beyond during my appointment. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. The entire team was welcoming, friendly, and professional, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend Dr. Glenn and Village Optical to anyone looking for a new eye care provider.

Cannot be happier with the service I received getting fitted for my contacts as well as my exam. My family was also seen for glasses. Ladonna went above and beyond. She was professional, courteous and provided outstanding customer service. She kept us informed on the status of our eyewear and her follow through was outstanding.
